ONSITE RENAISSANCE STUDIES SEMINAR: SHANGHAI & FLORENCE
The Onsite Renaissance Studies Seminar: Shanghai & Florence offers a short two part introduction to the Italian Renaissance. The program is open to all individuals who have the desire to explore and understand the period through its history, arts, texts, culture, architecture, and philosophy.
The course encourages students to develop both an intellectual and practical familiarity with the Italian Renaissance and will be divided into two portions. The module in Shanghai provides students with the fundaments of the Renaissance while the Florentine module offers a chance for students to apply their knowledge in a real-world setting.
